Genuinely surprised by this. I just wanted Word; didn't want to pay monthly, and didn't want all the other gubbins. And that's what I got. For a fraction of what I was expecting to have to pay. Thanks very much indeed!

The purchase was faster than even placing an order at Amazon! And every step was well documented, explained, and completed without any errors or difficulties. Literally, I spent less than 5 minutes all together downloading and installing. And it's working flawlessly. I'd love to see them get a wide variety of software because so far, this is the best digital software company I have done business with.

I was skeptical first before making a purchase. I had thought that I would have received a code key to enter for permanent usage. The main application had to be downloaded first. After downloading the main application, another program had to be downloaded, which permits me to use the main application permanently.

The apps work perfectly on my MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. I had problems getting theOutlook app to load and contacted customer service. The responded quickly and helped me get the app loaded. I highly recommend this software and woul purchase from this company again.

It works. For rooks like me, when you are ready to download the software, make sure that you wait for it to finish loading. I thought there was something wrong in the beginning. I didn’t realize that it wasn’t done loading. Technical support was helpful too.
