This is exactly what I needed. I'm a copywriter and didn'tneed the entire Office Suite, just an update for my Word for Mac. Also didn't want the subscription, but the one-time download. I downloaded the software and followed the instructions you sent with hyperlinks. After eliminating all of the items the software recommended, I thougtht I was ready. No that was not the case. Everything worked fine with the exception of Microsoft Outlook. If there was a way I could send the error messages to you, I would. That is the only reason I did not give you 5 stars. because now I have to find other software capable of handling several emails simultaneously.
