The process went well. Price is great. The instruction sheet suffered from a common problem: The person who wrote it assumed too much about the person who was reading it. It was not made clear that you needed to download Office 365, which then converts to Office 2024 when the licence key is activated. I spent a lot of time looking for Office 2024 and finally downloaded Office 365, which was of course correct.

The process was fine, although Microsoft makes it a bit troublesome to do it when you have an existing version of Office already installed. But it worked and all the apps installed correctly.
I do not use the full Microsoft suite of software and can not afford their ongoing subscriptions. Thanks to Digitalo I now have a one off instalation of the most used spreadsheet software at a sensible price which should last me for a few more years. Thank you Digitalo (and no malicious software - I have checked!)
I'm very satisfied with this transaction. I originally received the latest version of Office and it wouldn't work on my 2014 MacBook running Catalina. I contacted the company and they quickly provided me with links to the appropriate files that I needed to get the versions that I needed which worked flawlessly.
