Unused/Unredeemed Download: The Digital Download link has not been accessed, or the License has not been viewed or activated.
Important Note on Digital Goods: Once a License has been redeemed or activated, it is considered "consumed," and the right to a refund is generally waived unless the software itself is technically defective.
